[200501003820 (680866-A)] have resolved in full support to manage and implement the Quality Management system by ensuring that all our products sold and services provided are produce to meet the require standards as specified by our customer and the standard of the regulatory bodies within Malaysia. Quality policy are implemented and made understand by all employees with objectives as follow below:We shall minimize customer complaints (numbers of customer complaints shall be less than the previous year). Safety at store/shop (targeting at no loss accident). All documents on materials received or delivered through our company are processed promptly by our personnel on specifications, quantities and quality of materials concerned through Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Purchase Agreements and Material Return Voucher.
Our systems to ensure design/fabrication and changes are control with proper verification and confirmation procedures through identification of technical requirements, change of schedule with final approval from customer before proceeding to implement any new changes. Selections, evaluation and source inspection of procure items are ensure by our personnel through visual inspections of concerned goods and inspection at sources of materials plants/store before shipments are carried out. Initial visit and inspection of all new suppliers, wholesalers or manufacturers are implemented before a business link is established with Genetica (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Manufacturing process of materials supply by Genetica (M) Sdn. Bhd.are being monitor regularly through upgrade information from manufacturer. We carry out visual inspection on all packing to ensure specification requirements are met and match through customer’s Purchase Order or technical drawings supplied. Records are then maintained to ensure that there’s no discrepancy. Receiving procedures of all items are accompanied by Delivery Order from supplier/manufacturers with packing and shipping markings on the crates, drums or packages.
In all instances, core and attention are exercised when materials are being offloaded. Should damages to goods were to occurred, discrepancy report are revised and proper attention and decision will be implemented to correct the magnitude of loss. Nonconforming materials received are recorded and segregate to different storage areas with procedure to return back to respective senders.
